Back from Christmas Cabinning
Nancy and I spent Christmas in a cabin over at Douthat State park. The icicles were longer than my leg and thicker than my arms...amazing!

Welcome back! Sounds like you had a nice Christmas.
How do you pronounce "Douthat"? I can't help but see it as "Do That State Park." So I must ask, "Do what?"
:-)
Hey Bev,
Welcome back, yourself! I hadn't heard from you in a long time!
I think the pronunciation is more like "doubt that" state park...it must be imaginary ;)
Do that, doubt that... in either case, it is kind of funny!
Assuming that the park name is pronounced the same way as the man's name, I found this pronunciation online. They even have an audio of it I could listen to!
"DOW-thut"
